Danny has been working in the industry for over 15 years, and in outsourced IT services since 2001. Originally working in Technical Administration for a number of Blue Chip companies, he moved on to become the IT manager at Stratlink Limited, a company still supported by Sprout. Securing an MCSE and later MCSD led to project work with Energis and into Support Services.

Richard has worked in IT for 9 years, 6 of those in consultancy positions. He started out in managed services supporting over 3000 users with Hosted Exchange and Citrix Metaframe solutions, for one of the UK's largest service providers and progressed to designing and implementing IT Infrastructure. Richard has extensive experience in delivering IT projects, with a particular focus on the SME, along with a broad range of skills covering Server and Network infrastructure.

Yasmin is the latest edition to Sprout taking on the role of Service Desk Analyst boasting 9 years' experience of server/desktop helpdesk and onsite support from the Education sector. Yasmin holds a B.Sc Degree with Honours in Computer Communications and Networking and has a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) as well as the Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) accreditation, which she is in the process of updating.
