Sprout understand that IT issues do not arise exclusively between 9.00am and 5.30pm and are here to support your business in the early mornings, evenings and weekends, 365 days a year.

Regular proactive maintenance

Sprout carry out regular, out of hours, server maintenance.  Microsoft release critical updates for all server Operating Systems each month.  We regularly apply these to your servers outside business hours, in order to maximise your network uptime.

24x7 infrastructure monitoring

Our 24x7 monitoring system allows us to react to any critical failures on your network, out of office hours.

Call logging

Every single telephone call, email and monitored service ticket is logged and stored in our CRM.  This allows us to report on trends, identify repetitive issues and fix them, permanently.

SproutDesk is manned by qualified and experienced technicians - not just call loggers.  More often than not, your helpdesk query is resolved at the initial point of contact.
