Sprout don't pretend to be an ISP - many of our competitors do.  Instead, we partner with carefully selected ISPs and therefore are able to offer you a full market choice for your internet connection.

Through our partners, Sprout install and manage connections ranging from ADSL, through SDSL, to EFM and Fiber circuits - all provisions are carefully specified to suit the needs of each client.

As Sprout are not tied to a single ISP we are able review the market on every occasion and make the recommendations that suit you best.

Telecoms

Sprout do not resell telecoms hardware; we stick to what we know best and leave telecoms to the experts.  With IT and telecoms so closely linked in modern technology, a good working relationship between IT and telecoms providers is critical.  As such, we partner with high quality, 3rd party telecoms companies, with service delivery that matches our own.

Sprout can recommend and support software that integrates real time communication tools such as presence information, contact routing, conferencing, chat and speech recognition with conventional tools such as voicemail, email and fax.
