We hope you all have a wonderful time with friends and family during the festive period. Whilst you may be hoping for snow, we are hoping for sunny weather so we can have a BBQ, go camping, or head down to the beach for a swim and some beach cricket! We really are half a world away.

24/7 Services Officially Go Live
For the past 18 months Sprout have been building up a team in New Zealand to deliver what we do right now - high quality out of hours services for our clients – but, as of the start of December the phones now automatically redirect to New Zealand at 7 PM and redirect back at 7 AM so you can now speak to us at a sociable hour! All you need to do is call the same number and we take care of the rest (powered by SproutVoice of course).
Besides being available for out of hour’s phone calls, we also monitor and fix any issues with your systems, as well as carrying out proactive maintenance. We also carry out a variety of ‘business as usual’ and project tasks sent over from our UK colleagues to speed up the requests you’ve made to Sprout, or to help deliver a project quicker.

This month we had a very special visit from Fiona Hamilton (Head of Client Services). It was a great opportunity to get to know Fiona a little more and gain a closer insight into our client’s requirements so that we can support them even better in the future. We wish Fiona all the best on her remaining holiday in New Zealand and Australia.
